Often our clients coming from abroad have fears or at least apprehensions about buying in Sicily. This is the reason why we accompany our clients, step by step, up to the act of buying.

Our services during the buying process are:

• We provide the client with an agent who speaks English in order to facilitate communication between the client and all his interlocutors.
• We select properties according to the criteria provided by the client.
• We manage the relationship and the collaboration with other real estate agencies (if necessary).
• If our client is abroad, we view the properties on his behalf.
• We organize visits with the client.
• We organize consultations with legal and notary services for the client.
• We organize and view the property with the technicians (surveyor, architect or engineer) for the various surveys required.
• We accompany the customer until the final act of sale.
• Throughout the procedure of the sale, the customer is updated on every action taken.

In return
The customer will pay the real estate agency a commission equal to 4% + VAT of the purchase price of the property, at the time of the preliminary purchase or, in its absence, upon acceptance of the proposed purchase.
